Our specialty is a rich soup made by simmering whole chicken, chicken bones, kombu, shiitake mushrooms, and vegetables for a long time until it becomes milky white, concentrating the flavors of the chicken and vegetables.

For our dipping noodles, we use whole grain flour made from whole wheat, packed with minerals. The dipping noodles come with an egg and rice, and you can warm up the leftover dipping sauce on the IH cooker provided at your table to make a delicious porridge to finish your meal.

We highly recommend trying it with a cheese risotto topping!
