This week, we are featuri...ng "Aged Natural Tiger Pufferfish" in all our nigiri sushi courses. For appetizers, we have a simmered dish highlighting seasonal flavors with shrimp taro and sweet potatoes, along with chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) with cod milt in ponzu sauce, and sashimi of naturally caught yellowtail from Hokkaido. We strive to meet our customers' requests with sincerity as much as possible.
