The standout feature is its exceptional melt-in-your-mouth texture, with a soft, fresh-style rakugan also available.

In the café corner, you can enjoy kuzukiri (starch noodles) year-round. Made fresh by the owner, Tatsuya Tsuge, upon order, these kuzukiri use delicate honkuzu (Japanese arrowroot) from Yoshino.

Pair it with matcha, black tea, or coffee for a delightful experience that many find addictive. The fresh sweets crafted by the fifth-generation chef, Chiharu, are also highly praised.
