Bistro Teppan Touya

This is a teppanyaki restaurant run by a father and son duo, with the son trained in okonomiyaki and the father honing his skills in a hotel for many years. The menu features teppanyaki dishes infused with Western culinary elements, which are quite popular. At the counter seats, you can enjoy the lively cooking process while chatting with the chef.

For drinks, we serve sake in wine glasses to fully appreciate its aroma (including local sake and sparkling options), carefully selected wines that pair well with the dishes, and sweet white fruit liqueurs that are also a hit with the ladies.
