Bamboo, which has been operating in Hachioji Station Building for 33 years, has opened at the south exit!Our okonomiyaki is fluffy and delicious with yam added! We use a special sauce sourced from Kyoto and our homemade mayonnaise that tastes like cream, creating a perfect combination!
The yakisoba features chewy, thick noodles imported from Osaka, perfectly coated with our special sauce.
The deluxe modern-yaki has been a long-time favorite.
