Founded in the first year of the Ansei era, Yamacho Shoten in Osaka carries on the traditional culture of Japanese cuisine with its carefully crafted katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes). Our dashi (brot...h) artisans create katsuobushi specifically for high-end restaurants, ensuring the finest quality dashi made from carefully selected ingredients.

We take pride in our additive-free and chemical-free dashi, which is skillfully combined with local ingredients to create our signature "Natural Dashi Nabe" (hot pot).
