Tennen Kobo no Pan Oonami

Our shop specializes in making bread using carefully selected wheat and ingredients, fermented slowly with natural yeast. We take pride in our baguettes, which are crispy and fragrant on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside, as well as our simple yet flavorful shokupan (Japanese bread). With long fermentation, we maximize the deliciousness of the wheat, baking each loaf with care. The shop features Akita cedar wood and has wooden benches for a cozy atmosphere.
