In March 2012, "Senba Tori Man" opened in Osaka's Honmachi. This lively spot is always bustling with people heading home from work, typical of an office district. One of the highlights is the "Grilled Chicken Platter with 5 Varieties." The chicken, carefully sourced by knowledgeable staff, is grilled using a far-infrared smokeless roaster, ensuring just the right amount of fat is rendered for a healthy meal. You can enjoy the rich flavors of chicken paired with our "Secret Sauce of Bliss," made from a selection of over a dozen carefully aged ingredients sourced from across the country, or with our "Special Salt" to suit your taste.

Additionally, our "Chicken Nanban," served with homemade tartar sauce for a milder flavor, is also quite popular. The spacious interior can accommodate up to 50 guests and is available for private parties, making it a great choice for gatherings.
