Opened in 2014 in a back alley of the competitive Fukushima district in Osaka, this restaurant boasts a rich, thick broth made solely from domestic pork bones and water. It was awarded the runner-up in the Ultimate Ramen [Pork Bone Category] in 2015, and won the Grand Prix in 2016. Additionally, it took first place in the Gatsu Mori category at the 3rd Yahoo! Next Generation Ramen Competition, and in 2016, its cup noodles were released nationwide by Toyo Suisan.
