霜降の黒毛和牛ステーキ、おいしいですよね！僕も大好きです。 But finding a place that serves high-quality meat outside of steak houses and teppanyaki restaurants can be quite a challenge, right? When you go to a restaurant, you want to enjoy delicious food!
After a thorough search, I finally found a fantastic supplier with an eye for quality.
After some negotiations, we managed to secure a limited quantity of premium marbled black wagyu beef (mainly sirloin, with cuts and quality varying by availability) for our menu (110g to 120g).
We also use plenty of organic vegetables in our sides, salads, and appetizers, so about 300g of the recommended daily vegetable intake of 350g to 400g is included in our course meals.
