Since opening a katsu udon stall in Fujidera City, Osaka in 1995, we have been loved by many customers, driven by our desire to make katsu udon a local specialty. We have also opened a location in Namba, near Hozenji, welcoming even more visitors.

The "kasu" in katsu udon refers to beef offal that is deep-fried for a long time until the fat is fully rendered. It’s crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor, all while being low in fat and rich in collagen! *Please note, this is not tempura scraps.
