"Ginza Himeya" is a restaurant opened by a former proprietress who ran a traditional inn in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture for 20 years. Here, you can enjoy "everyday gourmet" dishes made with a focus on natural ingredients and seasonings.

The "Himekko Jidori" chicken, raised in partnership with local poultry farmers, is a premium free-range chicken known for its tender texture and delightful bounce.

In addition to a la carte dishes, we also offer course meals featuring only "Himekko Jidori."

With a wide selection of Japanese and Western alcoholic beverages, you can choose according to your mood for the day.

Don't miss the "Honey Inari" featured on TV programs, a popular item! It consists of deep-fried tofu from Kubo Foods in Utazu, Kagawa, wrapped around sushi rice seasoned with honey from Japanese honeybees, made with locally sourced rice from Ehime's Hiyoshiyume.

Please note that the tofu is marinated for a day, so reservations are required two days in advance (limited to 30 boxes per day).
