Located on the 6th floor of Kyoto Yodobashi Camera, our restaurant is a popular spot for both tourists and shoppers. Our well-known brand is loved by customers in Kyoto as well. What sets us apart is our commitment to quality, especially with our "Tomato Sauce." We use long tomatoes from contracted farms in Foggia, Puglia, Southern Italy, known for their thick flesh and rich flavor.

In August, we harvest these long tomatoes at their peak, selecting only those that meet our standards for acidity, color, and shape. They are then canned using a method that preserves their freshness for transport to Japan.
